It sure is, because only you and I have the digital access code. Furthermore, I treat your clothes as if they were mine and the safety of your goods is of utmost importance to me.

Check locations to see my current clients. If your apartment or work is listed, we’re in business! If you don’t see either of them, ask your building to hire me. If they do, I’ll thank you with a $100 credit!
We can barter with your pirate treasure. If that is not convenient, you can do it online. Here’s how it works: When you sign up, you’ll be asked to fill in your credit card information. Once I have safely filed that information, all of your future orders are pre-authorized and your credit card will be automatically charged, but only when I return your clean garments to the locker. To make sure your order is seamlessly completed, please keep an active card on your account.
Right now, there are no public drop-offs. We want to focus on getting into your private building locations, so if you’d like to subscribe to my service (and receive a $250 credit!), suggest a location. Please speak to your building about Jarvis or contact me and we can devise a wicked plan to make it happen.

Good question! Since I live to serve, On Demand locations help me to do just that. If you’d like your building to hire me, but they haven’t yet, I can still serve you – however you must have a full-time concierge. This allows me to serve you exclusively in the meantime. This does, however, mean you’ll need to place an order each time you need me. Simply drop off your items with your concierge and attach a ‘For Jarvis’ note. Text me or use my nifty phone app to place your order and I’ll take it from there. Remember, though: there’s a minimum order size of $40 for On Demand locations, so you’d best wait until you’ve got a big job for me.

Pretty easy. When you’re ready for me to pick up your package, simply send me a text to 1 (438) 793-9465 or place an order through my iPhone or Android apps – you can even place an order right here, on my website. For your second order onward, remember to use your complementary reusable bag and ID tag. I’ll appreciate you for it and so will the environment!
I don’t even have my very own locker! The good news is though, you can use any locker you have access to, at any time! Just place your dry-cleaning in any locker, lock it, and I shall take it from there. (Remember to let me know you’ve placed it in there. See “Placing an Order” for details).
I’m here to cater to you, so you’re not expected to make my drop-off or pick-up times. Heck, you don’t even need to speak to another human as this whole process runs off your phone and happens 24/7, drop of your goods and place an order whenever you want my friend!

No, never. You pay for the items I clean and that’s it. There are no extra charges for using an Jarvis locker or signing up for my services. My job is to make your life easier, not pricier.
Completely. In fact, I rely on my third-party processor (Paypal) to keep your credit card information on file. When you place an order, your card is charged through their secure network. You can be sure your private information is secure and remains confidential.
Jarvis costs are inline with the average local dry-cleaners costs (Google it, I dare you). This means Jarvis provides a premium service at a normal cost. How is this magic possible? Simple. Our business model gets rid of the, “bricks and mortar” costs of having a storefront, etc. Instead we have lockers, drivers and cool stuff like an App. So you get a better service and the same price as the old service. You are welcome!
You bet! In fact, I’ll take a picture of each dry-cleaning garment and upload it to your Jarvis account. There, you can share your specific cleaning instructions for each article of clothing and sit back and admire your style. Do not fear, your favourite blazer is as important to me as it is to you. I will care for it as if it were my own.
Are you asking me this because you forgot to do your dry-cleaning and now you have to wear your Black Sabbath T-Shirt to work? I strive to return your order within 48 – 72 hours. Yeah, I’m that good. If a stubborn stain is giving me grief and I can’t adhere to that timeline, I may need wee bit more time.
The deadline to guarantee pickup each evening is 7:00PM. The return day will be as follows:
Monday > Wednesday or Thursday
Tuesday > Thursday or Friday
Wednesday > Friday or Monday
Thursday & Friday > Monday or Tuesday
If this happens I am eternally sorry, but 99% of the time it is due to one of many reasons why I haven’t turned around your order ASAP. Here are a few of them:
1) You forgot to request pick-up for your first order.
2) You asked me to take care of a tricky material, like leather. This might take more time…
3) You asked me to clean something unusual, like a shoe or a rug.
If none of these things apply to you, or you’d like a little reassurance, write to me and we can work together to resolve the issue.
